When we, the founders of Tech Solutions Institute, embarked on our journey, we were driven by hope and determination. Armed with eight CVs and a passion to gain real-world experience, we set out to secure internships at software companies. Our aim was not just to find a job, but to immerse ourselves in the industry, learn, and grow. With a positive outlook, we ventured into the professional world, ready to take on unpaid opportunities if they meant advancing our skills.

Our first stop was an organization in Saddar, Hyderabad. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm was met with disappointment when the security guard refused us entry. Undeterred, we moved on to Latifabad, hoping for a different outcome. Yet, we faced a similar lack of interest. Determined not to let setbacks define us, we visited a building housing multiple software houses. Despite our efforts, many doors remained closed, leaving us to stand under the scorching sun, contemplating our next move.

In that moment of adversity, I (Yasir) turned to my friend and said, "We will start our own institute, a place where we provide internships every three months, offering opportunities to learn and grow. What happened to us should not happen to other young people." This conversation marked the beginning of Tech Solutions Institute.

With just 60,000 PKR, we took a bold step forward. We rented a modest shop and set up our personal laptops. Our goal was clear: to create a space where aspiring individuals could gain valuable experience. We began offering computer courses, focusing on improving our skills and delivering high-quality education. Alhamdulillah, our dedication paid off. Within a month, we welcomed ten students, covering our initial expenses. By the second month, we secured our first project, a significant milestone for us. The third month brought further success, and we started the process of hiring interns.

However, our journey wasn’t without its challenges. Out of 60 to 70 applicants, only eight met our standards. Many CVs contained glaring mistakes, and online interviews revealed a lack of quality. We observed issues with time management and discipline among candidates. It became evident that many pursued multiple courses, hoping one would lead to employment, without concentrating on a specific area. Additionally, portfolios, which are crucial in our industry, were often missing.

Despite these obstacles, we remain unwavering in our commitment to our mission. We constantly strive to enhance our offerings and support our interns. To ensure they are industry-ready, we decided to offer free online training. This initiative is part of our broader strategy to empower our interns and equip them with the skills they need to succeed.

Our approach is reflected in our slogan: "We don’t discuss payment with the customer first. We ask them to see our work and trust us, then they can pay." This philosophy underscores our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
